Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama, inaugurated vehicle tax service in five sub-district offices. Better service will give positive impact for capital's revenue.

"It's our effort to ease the citizens paying their vehicle tax," said Basuki in Penjaringan Sub-district office, North Jakarta, Friday (9/18).
The five sub-district offices that already provide the service are Penjaringan Sub-district (North Jakarta), Pasar Minggu (South Jakarta), Kebon Jeruk (West Jakarta), pegadungan (East Jakarta), and Kemayoran (Central Jakarta).
City Opens Tax Service in Sub-DistrictThe service is a form of coordination from Jakarta Provincial Government with Jasa Raharja, Bank DKI, and City Police's Traffic Directorate. "The booth will surely gain our vehicle tax revenue," Basuki added.
Tax payers can pay the tax under 1 year period, while above 1 year is paid in Samsat office.
